Withdrawal from contract

This is a translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the Slovak original; in case of any discrepancy, the Slovak version prevails.

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract for a pass (4, 8 or 12 classes) concluded at a distance (online, by email or by message) without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. If you have already attended some classes, we refund the price reduced by a proportional amount for the classes attended. Details are in clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

For a single entry or a trial class for a specific class, a workshop and hall rental for a specific date, the law does not give you the right to withdraw; you can, however, cancel a class at least 12 hours in advance (clause 6) and move a workshop sign-up to another workshop at least 48 hours in advance (clause 10 of the Terms).

You can withdraw using the form below, by email to info@beststudio-dance.com or by letter to the provider of the service (shown in your confirmation email): Ievgeniia Sysoieva – podnik zahraničnej osoby, or for children’s classes, gymnastics, Contemporary Dance, stretching and children’s workshops Viktoriia Nikolaienko – podnik zahraničnej osoby; both at Gessayova 2616/14, 851 03 Bratislava-Petržalka, Slovakia. After you submit the form, we will send you a confirmation by email. We refund the money within 14 days using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.

The model withdrawal form below is in Slovak, the language of the contract. You may send your notice in English or Ukrainian as well.
