Rental rules of the dance studio

1. 01
   Booking a time slot

   A time slot is firmly booked only once payment has been received. A preliminary arrangement or verbal booking does not guarantee that the slot is blocked in the calendar.

2. 02
   Payment for the rental

   The rental must be paid before the booked time begins. Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible only by mutual agreement and if a free slot is available.

3. 03
   Rental duration

   The rental starts and ends at the booked time. Please finish your activity on time and vacate the studio for the next booking.

4. 04
   Access to the studio

   If no other activity takes place before your booking, the studio will be open 15 minutes before the start of the rental so you can prepare.

5. 05
   Indoor shoes

   Entry to the studio is allowed only in clean indoor shoes. The renter is responsible for all participants following this rule. In case of a breach, the studio reserves the right to charge a surcharge of 50% of the rental price.

6. 06
   Workshops and events

   When organising workshops, seminars or events with food or drinks, the renter is responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the premises. If extra cleaning or repair of damage is needed, the studio reserves the right to charge the costs incurred.

7. 07
   Handing over the studio

   At the end of the rental the studio must be left clean and tidy:

   • switch off the lights and equipment,
   • return the equipment to its place,
   • take all personal belongings with you.

   The renter is liable for any damage caused during the rental, including damage caused by participants of their event.

8. 08
   Acceptance of the rules

   By paying for the rental or using the premises, the renter confirms that they have read these rules and agree to follow them.
